Tidbits; Buling-buling Festival was started by the late Brgy. Chairman of San Isidro, Adolfo A. Alvarez way back in the 1960s. This is held every 15th of May of the year as way of thanksgiving in the people of Brgy. San Isidro. It is celebrated by putting black soot on the faces of the participants which they would eventually wash of at the beach.
